📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end International launch planning and execution—disease awareness to patient
  • Adapt launch activities to country-specific requirements and enforce compliant practices.
  • Identify barriers, design mitigation plans, and track impact across markets.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement across HCPs, payers and patient organisations.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access to align narratives and data priorities.
  • Enable affiliates with launch toolkits, training and readiness milestones.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of commercial/launch experience in metabolic/dyslipidaemia areas.
  • Proven international launch planning and execution in matrix environments.
  • Experience building patient identification and referral approaches.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and scientific literacy; comfortable with Medical Affairs.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
