📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end International launch planning and execution across regions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Medical and Market Access
  • Develop scalable launch frameworks, AI-enabled insights and KPI dashboards
  • Partner with affiliates and external partners for compliant execution
  • Ensure data privacy, ethics and patient-centric approaches
  • Translate scientific insights into actionable market plans

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in commercial/launch roles (international/global)
  • Experience in metabolic/dyslipidaemia a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficient with enterprise AI tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot) and analytics (Power BI)
  • Fluent English; additional languages beneficial
  • Ability to scope digital/AI use cases and govern end-to-end
