Specialty Partnerships Development Representative

📋 Description

• Research, identify, and prioritize high-potential specialty clinics and healthcare organizations
• Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies tailored to the unique clinical priorities
• Lead initial exploratory and qualification meetings with prospective clinical partners to assess
• Coordinate seamless, context-rich account handoffs to regional field representatives to ensure
• Maintain rigorous data hygiene and pipeline tracking within Salesforce and sales engagement
• Partner with regional sales leadership, Marketing, and Clinical teams to align on target accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in outbound sales, business development, partnerships, or
• Demonstrated experience with outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and initiating professional
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with clinical
• Demonstrated experience utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools to
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-account workflows, prioritize competing outreach tasks, and
• Demonstrated ability to adapt prospecting strategies and messaging based on performance data
