Specialty Pharmacist - 2nd Shift (1:00PM to 9:30PM EST)

📋 Description

• Deliver integrated patient care across specialty and retail pharmacies.
• Dispense meds safely per orders; detect incompatibilities.
• Perform MTM: review regimens, advise on therapies, document interventions.
• Provide patient counseling and clinical support.
• Make referrals to other clinicians when needed.
• Coordinate care and resolve insurance issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy; active pharmacist license in the applicable state.
• 1+ years in retail or specialty pharmacy (required); 5+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge: Pharmacology; FDA regulations; clinical best practices.
• Analyze information and exercise sound judgment; administer and review medications; manage workflows.
• Leadership and team management capabilities; high attention to detail; strong communication.
• Advanced computer proficiency.
