📋 Description

• Deliver high-touch patient support from onboarding through refills.
• Coordinate timely medication deliveries and refill schedules.
• Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, financial assistance, and copay challenges.
• Monitor and promote medication adherence to support positive patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues.
• Serve as a trusted patient advocate navigating complex specialty therapies.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment
• 2-5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPhT Certification (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to extract key information efficiently
