Lead assigned Specialty Liaison team in hospital clinics
Coach and develop liaison team; instill Shields culture at partner site
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to liaison teams
Facilitate communication between liaison, Shields, pharmacy, and clinics
Meet or exceed site operational targets for service, growth, and patient satisfaction
Identify and implement improvement initiatives with health system partners

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years supervision experience
5 years in healthcare or pharmacy with direct patient and clinician contact
National Certification as a CPhT (or equivalent) preferred
Experience in outpatient/clinic settings with physicians and nurses
Strong MS Office skills; Excel and Word proficiency
Ability to train staff and motivate engagement
