Leads Specialty Liaison team to deliver high-quality patient care in clinics
Coach and develop liaison team; instill Shields culture at health system sites
Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback, training, and development to liaison teams
Facilitate effective communication between liaison, Shields groups, pharmacy, and clinics
Meet or exceed site targets for clinic service, growth, patient satisfaction
Identify and implement improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years supervisory/management exp
5 years in healthcare/pharmacy with direct patient contact
CPhT certification (or equivalent)
Experience in outpatient/clinic settings with clinicians
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills; able to manage performance vs metrics
