Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 FTEs
Review staff messaging and Epic pools to ensure timely completion of work
Support FFT communications and resolve delivery slip concerns
Troubleshoot workflow questions and provide real-time guidance to Pharmacy Liaisons
Monitor PA Log activity and identify operational gaps
Evaluate TelemetryRx completion and coordinate coverage as needed

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of pharmacy technician experience
1+ years of Pharmacy Liaison experience preferred
State registration and national CPhT certification required (or obtained within an agreed timeframe)
