📋 Description

• Field-based role serving Albany NY area and Vermont (Kingston, Saratoga Springs, Plattsburgh)
• Execute brand strategy and tactics, manage territory, build customer relationships, and center
• Deliver sales performance, reach KPIs, and meet financial/marketing objectives.
• Develop pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve sales outcomes.
• Proactively address customer needs and optimize access and opportunities.
• Differentiate AbbVie value with health providers and develop disease state experts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health/science/Pharmacy or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Proven sales success, strong presentation skills, and ability to adapt to customer style.
• Credible, collaborative team player with leadership or supporting roles at district/region level.
• Experience in sales within therapeutic areas; English proficiency; HCIR credentialing required.
• Pass background checks, drug screens, immunization proof, fingerprinting, and state/city licenses
• Strong product/therapeutic knowledge, strategic thinking, and ability to operate in a matrix
