📋 Description

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field
• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives
• Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation
• Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs
• Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics
• Continuously build understanding on customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, business, or relevant equivalent industry
• Relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's: 5 years with 3+ years pharmaceutical/health science
• Proven track record in selling, strong presentation skills
• Ability to influence and build relationships
• Leadership experience at district/region/organizational level
• Preferred: Track record in therapeutic areas, pharmaceutical selling, training, managed care
