• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, effectively manage assigned
• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. to meet or
• Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales
• Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges
• Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant
• High school diploma/GED required if no bachelor's degree; 5+ years of experience with 3+ years in
• Proven track record of leadership success and strong presentation skills
• Strong business acumen, strategic and critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior
• Effective in matrix environments
