📋 Description

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, manage territory and targeted
• Build customer relationships and solve customer needs to maximize sales
• Deliver sales performance, meet KPIs and marketing objectives
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance
• Develop call plans to optimize coverage and access to key customers
• Share market intelligence with field and brand teams to align strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or equivalent
• 5+ years in industry with 3+ years in pharma/health/science preferred
• Strong scientific/therapeutic knowledge and business acumen
• Ability to adapt selling approach to customer style and drive sales opportunities
• Leadership and collaboration experience; credible, respected resource
• English proficiency; HCIR credentialing requirements and valid driver’s license
