📋 Description

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, effectively manage assigned
• Build strong customer relationships and customer needs solving capability to maximize short and

• Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; or relevant
• High school diploma/GED required if no bachelor's degree (with 5 years' experience, 3 in
• Proven leadership and presentation skills, strong business acumen.
• Strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to customer handling and work in matrix environment.
• Preferred: track record of sales success in therapeutic areas.
