📋 Description

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, effectively manage assigned
• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed
• Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales
• Develop and execute call plans to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage
• Build understanding of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, disease, product
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers and develop disease state experts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant
• Relevant and equivalent industry experience required in lieu of bachelor's degree: at least five
• Demonstrates in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge
• Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; strategic and critical thinking
• Proactively identifies customer style/behavior and adapts selling approach
• Operates effectively in a matrix environment; influences others and is a credible role model
