🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in claims data analysis, claims operations, or a closely
• Demonstrated analytical experience specifically involving specific stop loss claims or comparable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify meaningful
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, or other data visualizations for operational or leadership
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
