📋 Description

• Serve as functional lead for EL-CID modernization.
• Elicit, document, validate business and technical requirements.
• Develop JIRA user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage product backlog; attend IPT meetings.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews; migration to EL-CID Online.
• Analyze XML data exchanges; support testing and verification.

🎯 Requirements

• SECRET clearance required.
• 10+ years in radio spectrum systems (satellites, radars, antennas).
• 5+ years with EM spectrum frequencies and TOA assignments.
• 3+ years EL-CID Desktop knowledge; migration to EL-CID Online.
• 5+ years experience writing technical documentation.
• Nice-to-have: SSRF, DoD StepStone, JIRA/Confluence, XML/XSD/XSLT.
