Speech Language Pathologist

📋 Description

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech therapy with sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans within a holistic, transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families; extend strategies into daily life.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to support leadership development.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations with physicians, OTs, PTs, etc., to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program for ongoing growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply!).
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.
