📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, physician orders, and goals.
• Continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan with BAYADA clinicians in
• Educate patients, family members, or others in rehabilitative care and activities to promote
• Document observations and interventions in the EMR on a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent educational requirements for certification and exam eligibility.
• Education/work experience aligned with certification requirements.
• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred; solid computer skills.
