Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, physician orders, and goals.
• Continuously assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote independence.
• Document observations and evaluations in the EMR on a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA, or equivalent qualifications and
• Experience or coursework meeting licensure requirements; undergoing ASHA exam is acceptable.
• Complete related education and supervised work experience for certification.
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.
