Provide home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for speech
Develop and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations, physician orders, and goals.
Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care planning.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health, safety, and independence.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using an EMR tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current NC Speech Language Pathologist license.
Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or equivalent; pursuing certification
Experience with or willingness to work in home health; EMR proficiency preferred.
