Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to assess and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
• Continually assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health, safety, and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current PA license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent; pursuing certification.
• Equivalent education per transcript/diploma for certification.
• In process of accumulating supervised experience for certification.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
