📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose and provide interventions for speech/lang/swallow issues.
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluations, orders, and goals.
• Revise care plans with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families to promote health and independence.
• Document observations and care using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA OR equivalent requirements/education.
• Experience or coursework for certification and exam readiness for CCC.
• Complete work/education requirements for supervised certification.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
