📋 Description

• Drive consistent engagement with regular customer communications to ensure customer satisfaction
• Engage with Customer Support Managers (CSM) and Managed services team to help provide insights for

• Submit insights on behalf of customers to ensure optimization and improved outcomes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide feedback and influence enhancements to tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, pharmacy, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) credentials are strongly
• 3+ years of direct experience in hospital pharmacy purchasing, procurement, or pharmacy supply
• Strong familiarity with pharmacy cost savings programs, 340B program requirements, and group
• Experience in customer engagement, account management, or implementation within healthcare or
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hospital pharmacy and supply chain teams while
