📋 Description

• Provide onsite and remote consulting to implement and sustain Intuitive da Vinci and Ion programs.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and internal teams to enable program launch and ongoing success.
• Develop expertise in Intuitive technology, I&A reprocessing, and troubleshooting.
• Lead training initiatives and manage assigned territory and schedule.
• Deliver in-person or remote consulting, including staff training, program readiness, and standardization.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S./B.A. degree preferred or equivalent biomedical training.
• 5+ years of documented professional experience in healthcare/hospital management.
• Knowledge of ISO and MDR in reprocessing of reusable medical devices.
• Experience with complex medical devices; strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present to varying group sizes.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 70%.
