Sponsorship Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorship agreements with sports clubs, leagues, esports teams
• Develop and execute sponsorship activation plans that maximize brand visibility and ROI across both
• Manage sponsorship budgets, ensuring spend aligns with marketing objectives and delivers measurable
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsored entities, agencies, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure sponsorship contracts meet
• Track and report on sponsorship performance metrics (reach, engagement, brand lift, conversion)

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship management, brand partnerships, or marketing, ideally within
• Proven track record of experience in the iGaming industry
• Proven track record negotiating and managing sponsorship contracts and budget
• Experience with both sports properties (clubs/leagues) and esports or influencer marketing
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment of the betting/gaming industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
