Sportsbook Propositions Executive - Gibraltar

📋 Description

• Support the Proposition Manager in the creation of the Sportsbook proposition plan
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including CRM, Performance Marketing, Content & Brand
• Oversee the campaign creation and execution of the Proposition plan, including mechanics and payout
• Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure accuracy and relevance of full terms for all
• Planning and sign-off on Promotional campaigns and Product launches
• Daily & weekly analysis of promotional engagement, cost, and ROI

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge and passion for sport (UK focus ideal), with an understanding of what engages
• Proven experience planning and delivering promotional campaigns
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confident analysing data, tracking performance, and telling the story behind the numbers
• Excellent communication skills, with exemplary written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised
