📋 Description

• Own AI trading roadmap: conversational trading, AI strategy, autonomous agents, risk alerts.
• Design natural-language trading experiences to lower barriers to strategy configuration.
• Define Agent autonomy boundaries (advisory/semi-autonomous/fully autonomous) with user control.
• End-to-end product management: requirements, PRD, engineering collaboration, launch, iteration, data review.
• Collaborate with algorithms, engineering, and design to productize AI capabilities.
• Track frontier LLM/Agent tech and deliver innovation proposals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, with 2+ years in trading products or AI products
• Deep understanding of crypto trading systems (spot/derivatives, strategy trading, risk mgmt)
• Familiarity with LLMs, Agent architectures (ReAct/Tool-use/MCP), RAG, and Prompt Engineering
• Track record of 0→1 product delivery; data-driven with strong execution
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
