Spring 2027 Silicon Engineering Internship/Co-op

📋 Description

• Silicon hardware intern role across several SpaceX sites
• Work with mentors and cross-disciplinary teams
• Contribute to chip design and hardware deployed in space
• Projects span systems, firmware, design, validation, ASIC implementation
• Involves social and networking events with interns and staff
• January–March 2027 start with 12+ weeks onsite

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in bachelor’s or graduate program
• 3+ months in software, hardware, or chip design
• U.S. citizen/national, green card, refugee or asylee status
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• GPA 3.5+ preferred
• Experience with C/C++, Verilog, VHDL, Python, Perl, Spice beneficial
