SQL Developer

📋 Description

• Design and execute SQL-based ETL processes to migrate legacy public safety data into the Mark43
• Collaborate with data migration contractors, reviewing technical deliverables and providing guidance
• Meet with customer records management teams to understand legacy data structures and translate them
• Analyze uniquely formatted source databases to uncover edge cases and ensure data fidelity
• Work alongside deployment, engineering, and product teams to iterate on and improve migration
• Balance project timelines and quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a data migration, ETL development, or SQL development role
• Deep understanding of SQL and relational database design
• Demonstrated experience writing complex SQL scripts
• Ability to analyze and translate legacy data models into new schemas
• Experience managing contractor deliverables is a plus
• Interest in public safety data and the impact of high-quality migrations on customer success
