Administer cloud services and AWS CloudFormation deployments.
Manage scheduling/events with AutoSys and Netcool.
Support CI/CD via GitHub and Bitbucket.
Monitor production using SF and LCT.
Troubleshoot backend workflows, batch processing, and shell scripts.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in production support across Linux/Unix/Windows, Java, SQL, PL/SQL.
AWS CloudFormation deployments experience.
AutoSys and Netcool scheduling tools.
GitHub/Bitbucket for CI/CD workflows.
ITIL Incident/Problem/Change/Service Delivery knowledge.
Resiliency testing and disaster recovery with Cutover.
