Squad Lead (Engineering Manager)

📋 Description

• Partner with Product Leadership to define product vision and roadmap.
• Lead and grow a cross-functional team (~20 engineers and specialists).
• Drive operational excellence at scale and accelerate delivery of high-impact initiatives.
• Provide technical direction and shape architecture for scalable B2B SaaS solutions.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and design to align priorities and delivery.
• Oversee quality, performance, and management of technical debt.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership roles managing large teams.
• Deep technical expertise in building complex B2B SaaS solutions.
• Strong web app development and cloud experience (.NET Core, React, Azure preferred).
• Product mindset with experience in dual leadership (Product + Tech).
• Proven track record delivering strategic outcomes, not just maintaining legacy systems.
• Excellent English and Polish communication (C1/C2); self-driven and team player.
