📋 Description

• Partner strategically with Product Leadership to define the product vision and roadmap, bridging
• Lead, mentor, and grow a large cross-functional team (approx. 20 engineers and specialists)
• Manage operational excellence at scale, driving velocity and minimizing friction for complex
• Provide deep technical direction and challenge architectural decisions to ensure the team builds
• Coordinate seamlessly across engineering, product, and design teams to align on priorities and
• Oversee the quality and performance of the product domain, managing technical debt strategically

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, with significant experience in leadership roles managing large or
• Deep technical expertise: Proven background in building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern web application development and cloud platforms (experience with .NET
• Product Mindset: Demonstrated success working in a dual-leadership setup (Product + Tech) and
