🎯 Requirements

• Great English communication, able to work closely with international clients
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile or Scrum environment
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Ability to work within a diverse set of client stakeholders
