Squad Leader

📋 Description

• Lead teams of software developers and ensure that they are working collaboratively towards common
• Facilitate Agile Kanban / Scrum methodology for the team, including organizing releases, daily
• Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget and
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and
• Work closely with the product team and other stakeholders to ensure that the team is delivering
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the team's ability to deliver on time and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with software development and Scrum Squad Leader or Scrum Master
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Kanban framework
• Proven track record of leading successful software development projects and delivering high-quality
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks that may impact
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
