Act as SME in 3GPP RAN2/RAN3 WG and influence 5G/6G standards (NTN, spectrum, PHY)
Present, negotiate, defend company contributions to align standards with product goals
Build relationships with 3GPP members, operators, chipset vendors, regulators
Draft and submit technical contributions on 5G/6G NR, NTN, RAN, spectrum, performance
Provide detailed technical analysis for WG discussions: mobility, signaling, ASN.1; RAN4 RRM a plus
Participate in internal design reviews to translate 3GPP outcomes into engineering requirements

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree in a STEM discipline
6+ years of experience with cellular RAN design and/or system architecture
4+ years of experience working with/on 3GPP standardization
