📋 Description

  • Defense market ownership: Lead sales in defense and national security.
  • Prime & OEM engagement: Build relationships with defense primes and OEMs.
  • Capture & program strategy: Develop capture plans for OTAs, SBIR/STTR, and programs of record.
  • Government stakeholder navigation: Engage program offices, contracting officers, end users.
  • Channel & teaming: Manage partnerships to accelerate defense programs.
  • Pipeline development: Maintain multi-year pipeline across primes and government customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in defense tech sales, capture, or enterprise sales.
  • Proven success selling hardware/software to defense primes, OEMs, or DoD.
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, OTAs, SBIR/STTR, IDIQs.
  • Lead long, multi-stakeholder capture cycles with mutual close plans.
  • Established relationships within the defense/uncrewed ecosystem preferred.
  • Quota/capture target achievement in complex sales.
  • U.S. person; ability to obtain security clearance preferred.
