Sr. Account Executive (SaaS)

📋 Description

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets as we scale
• Build and maintain a pipeline with opportunities worth 3x quota
• Close deals with 25%+ win rate
• Break into fintech disruptors and financial institutions within 6 months
• Strategically plan territory initiatives to drive growth
• Establish trusted partnerships with C-level execs and key decision-makers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales in fintech/banking with quotas
• Close $80K+ ACV deals with execs across business, product, legal, InfoSec
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles incl. legal/InfoSec
• Strong customer-centric approach and product thinking
• Proven ability to drive sales from zero to first transaction
• Experience with Salesforce, sales tools, MEDDICC/Challenger, and AI tools
