Sr. Account Manager

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership by writing thoughtful briefs, collaborating with cross-functional
• Assist in all facets of client services, including building relationships and trust through
• Develop knowledge of the client's products, benefits, features, value proposition, and target
• Obtain an understanding of the category and relevant competitors
• Participate in client and internal project reviews, presentations, and status meetings
• Effectively collect and communicate client direction and feedback to cross-functional agency teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of account management experience within an advertising environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced client management skills, especially as it relates to setting and managing client
• Commitment to the client, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability
• Superior professional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work/to-do list
