  • 7+ years in hybrid Account Management/CSM/Strategic Sales in cloud infra/storage.
  • Proven track record growing multi-million ARR with expansion results.
  • Comfortable being the day-to-day face of the account with executives.
  • Natural farmer; uncovers expansion by understanding the customer's business.
  • Operationally sharp; tracks open issues and follows through.
  • Deep fluency in infrastructure: object storage, S3 APIs, multi-cloud.
