📋 Description

• Own Ramp and Navan administration: card setup and limits, transaction coding review, receipt and
• Set up coding options and spend controls ahead of time, so transactions are coded correctly from

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least two years at a venture-backed
• Hands-on ownership of AP, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close tasks.
• Hands-on experience with modern spend management tools (Ramp, Brex, Navan, Expensify, or similar)
• Exceptional reconciliation skills and comfort working with data across multiple connected systems.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups and reconciliation workbooks.
• Highly organized, with the discipline to follow a process and the judgment to improve it.
