Sr. Accountant

📋 Description

• Assist in the month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Oversee fixed assets, prepaid assets, and revenue management for compliant reporting.
• Drive process improvements within accounting to boost efficiency and integrity.
• Develop scalable accounting processes to enable business scaling.
• Support annual external audit: prepare docs, respond to inquiries, implement recommendations.
• Perform ad-hoc requests as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA preferred
• 3-5 years in accounting/finance including audit, reporting, variance analysis
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Excellent communication to convey financial info to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel; Netsuite experience preferred
• Willingness to take on new challenges and collaborate
