Sr. Accountant

📋 Description

• Calculate, analyze, and report revenue for SpaceXAI's platform and Grok API usage.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and reports monthly and quarterly.
• Document new product initiatives to ensure GAAP accounting.
• Identify process improvements and automate revenue systems.
• Collaborate with Eng, Product, Revenue Ops, Sales, and Legal to understand ops.
• Execute and maintain accurate, complete financial statements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• CPA license or equivalent.
• 4+ years revenue accounting experience (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Advanced Excel; analytics/BI tools: SQL, Power BI, Superset, Alteryx.
• ERP and billing systems experience: Oracle, HubSpot, Stripe Billing.
• ASC 606 knowledge; strong analytics on large data sets; deadline-driven.
