Sr. Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage purchasing, PO processing, vendor invoices, AP, payment runs, and vendor relationships.
• Review employee reimbursements and corporate card transactions for policy compliance, supporting
• Ensure accurate, supportable bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Improve the efficiency, accuracy, and controls of PTP workflows.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, calculate and post accruals, and provide supporting
• Perform monthly income statement variance analysis, investigate fluctuations, and document key

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting degree or equivalent accounting education.
• 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including AP and month-end close.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience and proficiency in Excel.
• Regular use of AI tools, with examples of improving efficiency, accuracy, or processes.
• Ability to work onsite in our Chicago office five days a week.
