Own the full AR/collections lifecycle: aging management, outreach, follow-up, dispute resolution
Execute collections activities in strict adherence to established SOPs for collecting, suspending
Manage dunning workflows and proactively engage customers on past-due balances
Monitor and drive down DSO, reduce aged balances, and maintain a clean AR ledger
Serve as the first line of response for all AR/collections inquiries across email and ticketing
Investigate and resolve inquiries independently; escalate only when genuinely required

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in accounting
