📋 Description

• Manage clients' financial operations, including taxation, accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll
• Ensure strict compliance with US taxation laws and regulations, including the timely filing of tax
• Collaborate closely with the sales and business development team to support client acquisition
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes, encompassing invoicing
• Maintain meticulous and current financial records and documentation, utilizing advanced accounting
• Analyze financial data and trends to derive actionable insights and recommendations aimed at

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related; Master's
• CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential is a must
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-cycle accounting and tax. Experience in Public
• Comfort with, and interest in, client acquisition and business development activities
• Growth-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in long-term career advancement; strong performers
• International Tax Law knowledge is a PLUS
