🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years in accounting; real estate or investment.
  • Experience with Yardi, MRI, or RealPage.
  • AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and advanced Excel.
  • Strong US GAAP, related party, partnership and fund accounting.
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
