Sr Accountant, Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and
• Participate in the monthly and quarterly consolidation processes, including tie-outs, variance
• Research accounting and reporting matters and assist with the implementation of new accounting
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support quarterly reviews and annual
• Execute and document internal controls related to financial reporting and support Sarbanes-Oxley
• Partner closely with General Ledger Accounting, Technical Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal

🎯 Requirements

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• You bring 2–3 years of public accounting experience from a national or large regional firm
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, financial disclosure requirements, and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience supporting external audits and preparing audit-ready workpapers and documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze and manage large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
