Sr Accounting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage the supplier bills process and ensure timely supplier payments
• Complete bank reconciliations for various foreign bank accounts
• Perform complex reconciliations of payment processor fees from multiple payment processors
• Review and enter vendor bills
• Be responsible for inventory purchase accounting, reconciliations, and routine ledger entries
• Prepare journal entry documentation, book routine accruals and adjustment entries, and perform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position
• Advanced computer skills (including G Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles under Polish GAAP
• Accuracy, timeliness, and patience
• Good analytical and numerical skills
