Sr. Accounting Transformation Lead

📋 Description

• Assess current-state capabilities across people, processes, technology, data, governance, and
• Translate strategic priorities into project plans with measurable objectives, milestones
• Identify opportunities to simplify, harmonize, automate, and strengthen core accounting processes
• Manage the development of clearly defined roles, responsibilities, policies, procedures, and
• Partner with accounting leaders to reduce manual processes, eliminate unnecessary complexity
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA strongly
• Approximately 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, finance
• Experience leading large-scale Finance or Accounting transformation initiatives involving multiple
• Demonstrated experience redesigning and standardizing accounting processes and operating models.
• Strong understanding of finance technology ecosystems, including ERP, consolidation, financial
• Prior experience in public accounting and/or a large, complex multinational organization is a plus.
