Sr. Ad Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Setup, manage, and monitor Direct deals in GAM
• Work across multiple content management platforms for deployment of advertising campaigns across a
• Ongoing communication with internal Client Sales, Client Success, and Yield to ensure successful
• Review and understand all contract obligations as it relates to execution of advertising campaigns
• Attend and/or lead weekly status meetings for awareness of new campaigns or changes to existing
• Strong prioritization skills in a rapidly growing business with constantly evolving deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Ad Operations in Google Ad Manager
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira or other project management software, and AOS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Critical thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills – ability to work closely with multiple teams
• Detail-oriented – strong attention to detail a must. Must be able to keep the details of multiple
